Give your pizza a Latin American twist with our Medium Fajita Seasoning Mix to add a kick of flavour. Served on a tortilla for a light alternative to a bread pizza base.

1 tbsp cooking oil
500 g chicken breast fillet
1 sachet Santa Maria Medium Fajita Seasoning Mix
1 red onion
1 red pepper
0.5 pineapple
4 Santa Maria Plain Flour Soft Tortillas
0.5 bottle Santa Maria Medium Salsa
250 g grated mozzarella cheese

How to prepare

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 220°C. Heat the oil in a frying pan and brown the chicken strips. Add the onion, pepper and Santa Maria Medium Fajita Seasoning Mix. Leave to sizzle for about 3-4 minutes, add the pineapple chunks.
  2. Divide the Santa Maria Medium Salsa equally between the Tortillas and add half the cheese. Then add the fajita filling and top with the rest of the cheese.
  3. Place the pizzas on a baking tray and bake in the oven on the lowest shelf. Bake for 5-8 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and turned a lovely golden colour.
  4. Serve immediately with a delicious green salad. Garnish pizzas with rocket.
