  Watermelon Salad

  Treat your guests with this refreshing salad and add your favourite spices!

  1. Chop pieces of melon and mix the melon & feta cheese together.
  2. Squeeze the lime and drizzle a little olive oil.
  3. Grind Tellicherry Black Pepper & Chilli Explosion.
  4. Top with fresh mint.

  Sweet Potato Fries

  Serve up these yummy sweet potato fries with your steaks and sausages!

  1. Preheat oven.
  2. Peel and chop the sweet potato into sticks.
  3. Place on a baking sheet on a tray and drizzle a little olive oil. 
  4. Sprinkle Rock Salt and Tellicherry Black Pepper. 
  5. Cook for approx 30 mins. 
  6. Once cooked sprinkle grated cheese and chives.
  7. Serve with Chipotle Mayo dip.

  Grilled Veg

  Grill your favourite veg and salad on the BBQ to give it that extra smoky flavour.

  1. Cut the avocado in half and take out the core. 
  2. Cut the veg and salad in half.
  3. Brush a little Rapeseed Oil. 
  4. Place on the grill over a high heat until they've browned a nice colour. 
  5. Stir together lemon juice, olive oil, Rock Salt & Tellicherry Black Pepper and pour over the salad. 
  6. Sprinkle chilli flakes and parmesan cheese
