One of the most popular ingredients seen at the moment is Kimchi*. We have taken the popular flavours from Korea of chilli and ginger and used them with the most popular protein Chicken. 20 ml cooking oil |
10 g Santa Maria BBQ Sauce & Rub Chili & Ginger 490G |

250 g Cooked Rice |
50 g Santa Maria BBQ Glaze Asian Style Soy 1000G |
50 g black beans |
Kimchi |

200 g Sliced Red Cabbage |
200 g Sliced White Cabbage |
150 g grated carrots |
150 g Red Onion, sliced |
10 g Santa Maria Kimchi spice mix 315 g |

How to prepare
Add the Asian Soy Glaze to the cooked rice and cooked black beans, place to one side
To make the kimchi, mix the cabbage, carrot and red onion together, Add the lime juice and coat in the Kimchi Spice Mix
Garnish with coriander and place to one side
Cook your chicken as per the instructions and season with the Red Chilli and Ginger
Warm your Tortilla
Add the lettuce
Add the Korean chicken
Add the rice
Add the kimchi
Drizzle over the Korean BBQ Sauce
Garnish with spring onion and coriander
Fold your Burrito and serve
