Hotten up your scrambled eggs with jalapeños and smoked paprika!

| 20 whisked eggs |
| 500 ml cream or milk |
| 100 g soft butter |
| 50 g Santa Maria Red Jalapeño |
| 1 tbsp Santa Maria Smoked Paprika 230 g |
| salt and pepper |
How to prepare
Mix all ingredients together (except the paprika). Cook together until soft, plate and then dust with Santa Maria Smoked Paprika.
Chef´s tip!
Serve with toasted fingers of tortilla instead of toast.
