600 g Chicken thigh, skinless boneless
30 g Santa Maria Mex Fajita Spice Mix
40 g Santa Maria Chipotle Paste
250 g Peppers, sliced
150 g Onion
120 g Santa Maria Salsa 950 g
Garnish
50 g Spring Onion - chopped

How to prepare

For premium loaded fries prepare the chicken in advance.

Simply mix all the ingredients together in an oven proof dish, cover and cook for 2 hours until soft and pullable.

Cook the fries in a fryer as per usual. Remove and place into a bowl. Sprinkle with seasoning and shake well.

Top the fries with jalapenos, guacamole, salsa and the chicken.

Drizzle with cheese sauce and garnish.
