1 pc onion
2 cloves garlic
5 dl water
100 g butter
3 tbsp vegetable stock
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
5 pcs Santa Maria Kryddpeppar Hel
2 tsp Santa Maria Ingefära, malen
0.5 tsp Santa Maria Ekologiska Chili Flakes
4 pcs Santa Maria Nejlika hel, småpåse
10 pcs Santa Maria Svartpeppar Hel
1 pc Santa Maria Lagerblad, storpåse

How to prepare

  1. Divide the pointed cabbage into 4-6 equal parts, be sure to leave the root so that the cabbage does not fall apart.
  2. Cut the onion in large cloves and crush the garlic cloves and put in a deep frying pan or saucepan.
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients to the broth and put to the boil.
  4. Add the pointed cabbage and simmer until the cabbage is soft but still have some resistance in the middle, it takes about 15 minutes.

Tip! You can finish by frying the cabbage in a hot frying pan and add a little of the broth and one click of butter. Serve as an accessory to fish, meat, chicken or vegetarian.
