1 satchet Santa Maria Vegetarian Taco Mix
390 g black beans
1 pc banana
1 pc tomato
Condiments
1 packet Santa Maria Taco Shells 135G
1 jar Santa Maria Taco Sauce Hot 230G
1 ml spoon peanuts
100 g coconut flakes
1 box pea sprouts

How to prepare

  1. Mix the seasoning mix with coconut milk in a saucepan and let simmer, uncovered, for 3-4 minutes.
  2. Add the black beans and cook together.
  3. Slice the banana and deseed the tomato and dice.
  4. Heat the taco shells in oven or microwave. Fill with mince coconut, banana and tomato.
  5. Top with taco sauce, peanuts, coconut flakes and roughly chopped pea sprouts.
