Korean Bulgogi in lettuce leaves

Bulgogi is Korea's answer to tacos and an easy way to try Korean food at home. Bulgogi are traditionally thin strips of meat that are marinated in a flavorful marinade and then grilled. Serve with rice in a lettuce leaf with Sriracha sauce and Korean cucumber.

How to prepare
- Cook the rice according to the package.
- Pick and rinse the lettuce leaves, drain on paper.
- Cut the meat into thin strips.
- Mix Korean BBQ seasoning with oil and water in a bowl. Add the meat and let it marinate for 10 minutes.
- Cut radishes into thin slices.
- Heat up a wok or frying pan with a little oil and stir-fry/fry the pieces of meat quickly until they get a nice surface.
- Sriracha Sauce: Mix together Sriracha seasoning, white wine vinegar and cooking oil to make a sauce.
- Serve in a salad leaf with rice, Korean cucumber, sriracha sauce and radishes.
